A welcome desk will be available at the entrance of the Spinelli Building for guests as of 17h15.
Registration
Registration is only available through the website. Participants are requested to register no later than Tuesday 26 January.
A confirmation letter will be sent to all accepted participants who have registered by this deadline.
Security access at the European Parliament
Due to the high level of security at the European Parliament you will need to bring the following documents to gain access to the building:
- 1. A valid official identification document,
- 2. The official confirmation email for the event.

Participants are kindly requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

How to get to the European Parliament

- From Airport: Brussels Airport Zaventem
- Transfer by Bus: There is a shuttle bus (Line 12) from the airport to the City, get off at Schuman Roundabout.
- Transfer by Taxi: A taxi from the Airport takes about 10-20 minutes.
- Transfer by Train: Take the shuttle from the airport to the Centre of Brussels to Central Station (Gare Centrale). The trains leave at intervals of approx. 15 minutes. Then follow the instructions from the Train Station, via the Metro to Maelbeek or Schuman.

From Train Stations:

Central Station (Gare Centrale) via Metro to Maelbeek or Schuman: take the underground (Metro) line 1 or 5 in the direction of Herrmann-Debroux or Stokkel, respectively; 3/4 stops on, leave the metro at Maelbeek exit Rue de la loi or Schuman - exit Charlemagne Building.

Gare du Midi via Metro to Trone: take the underground (Metro) line 2 or 6 in the direction of Simonis (Elisabeth). 5 stops on, leave the metro at Trone. Take Rue du Luxembourg down to Place du Luxembourg, turn left on Rue de Trèves, then right on Rue Belliard and right on rue du Remorqueur - rue Wiertz is just after.
